You should have an email from yourself with the subject “Habits data”.
Inside this email you should see “RESTORE LINK”.
Open this email on your phone.
If it’s not a link, you might need to use the Apple Mail client instead of alternatives like Gmail.
Tap this link to restore your data.
Plan B
If the restore link doesn’t work, try this.
First download your “habits_data.json” file to your computer.
Then you can navigate to your phone in Finder (or iTunes if you’re using a PC).
Drag this file onto “Habits”
Then start Habits on your phone.
You might need to force quit Habits first for this to work.
